I came here for a suit to attend several upcoming weddings in. I paid for the rush service hoping it would only be too late for the first wedding and I’d be able to receive my order in time for the second, but my suit was ready only two and a half weeks later! Evelyn and Eve were incredibly supportive and helpful through the entire process. The amount of options may seem daunting at first, but their expertise helped everything go smoothly. I only had a vague idea of what I wanted, and they helped me pinpoint a vision and bring it to life with suggestions that were always thoughtful rather than pushy. I picked up my order today and tried everything on and I could not be more satisfied with my order. The infrared body scan in synergy with classic tailoring techniques created a suit that blends a time honoured craft with modern precision, and the quality of its construction speaks for itself. From start to finish, the customer experience at Suitablee was top-notch. Again a huge thank you to the Eves for helping me and I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for an LGBT-friendly tailor :)

Ordering a custom suit from SUITABLEE online was an incredible experience, even all the way from Dallas. The process was smooth from start to finish — their online measurement system was easy to use and surprisingly accurate. I was a bit skeptical at first about getting a perfect fit without visiting in person, but the suit arrived fitting like it was tailored right here in Dallas. The fabric quality and construction are outstanding — it feels every bit as luxurious as the high-end boutiques, but with far more convenience and a truly custom touch. Customer service was also top notch, always quick to respond and guide me through fabric selection and style options. I’ve gotten countless compliments already, and it feels amazing knowing it was made just for me. SUITABLEE makes online custom suiting not only possible but seamless. I’ll definitely be ordering more.

Myself and four other members of my wedding party had our suits made with Suitablee at the Old Montreal location, and they did a fantastic job! Because of where everyone in my wedding party lived we only had time for one fitting in Montreal and they accommodated this aspect for us very well (some other places require you to visit in-person a couple of times before they release your suit). The fitting experience was fun and the two staff did a great job of guiding us through the process. They made suggestions rather than just asking us which of the many available options we wanted, which is helpful for those that haven't had many suits made and might not know what they want. One member of my party wanted a different, less-masculine style of suit as they are non-binary. The diversity of models in Suitablee's ads, with a pretty even split between male- and female-presenting, gave us confidence that they were the right choice. Suitablee's staff validated this choice by making them feel comfortable and by being able to suggest stylistic tweaks so they got a suit they were very happy with. The suits arrived after about a month and most of the pieces (we all got two-piece suits with a shirt) fit perfectly without any alterations. We were very happy with the quality of the suits and how all the little details turned out. Some pieces needed minor alterations that were covered. One jacket did not fit and would not be able to be tailored to fit. After doing their diligence, Suitablee put in a rush order for a new jacket just over 2 weeks before the wedding. It arrived in time and this one fit perfectly right out of the box. We had the initial fitting in early May for a wedding at the end of June and although it worked out I would suggest giving yourself more time between the fitting and wedding if possible (which is not a criticism on Suitablee but rather a recognition that creating a custom piece takes time and a prudent move just in case you need additional alterations like we did). Overall, Suitablee did a fantastic job and their customer service was very good. I would definitely recommend them!

Experience was super smooth. Felix was super professional through out the entire process. Was helpful with his suggestions for styles that he thought would work and was always a value add. When I came in for adjustments to the suit, there was nothing to do, just walked out with it.Definitely recommend, will be back soon!

Writing a review 6 months after I bought a custom tailored suit from Suitablee. The suit has held up very nicely and it still looks great! Still get compliments when I wear the suit! I got great service during the measuring process. The Suitablee team were absolutely professional and helpful with all my questions. Once the suit arrived , the Suitablee team was there for the fitting process and available for all my questions and inquires. The suit fitted me very well - no adjustment needed. The quality is excellent and like I said, it’s held up very well even though I wear it often for work. They made sure i was 100% satisfied with the suit. Can't say enough about their service and professionalism... it's apparent that service is a priority for them. Very satisfied customer... custom suit at that price is absolutely great value. I will definitely order another suit in the coming few months. Thanks again Suitablee! EDIT: September 2017 ..attaching some photos! EDIT: July 2020 3 year update. Even after 3 years , the suit is still in great shape and still looks amazing. It's still my go-to suit for formal occasions. I still get compliments on it. Thanks again Suitablee! Still one of best shopping experiences I've had! EDIT: May 2022 Updating my review here again in 2022 after the pandemic. Went back for a fitting and as usual, perfect fit and quality suit. They run a very tight operation now…ultra-efficient due to the increase in online sales. They opened a new section that is filled with a few hundred suits that they explained need to be shipped out across Canada and the USA. Nice to see a local company really stand out given I’ve been a customer from the very beginning. Nice to see that they still treat the customer well even after all their growth. EDIT: June 2023 Used the suit last weekend for a wedding. The team at Suitablee at the time helped me choose a classic colour and cut. I'm blown away by how well it has held up. Thanks again guys! EDIT April 2025: Celebrating almost a decade with my suitablee suit. It’s been with me through multiple weddings and work events. I still feel great when I put it on and I’m grateful for the high quality that’s served me well for years!
