OUR FIT GUARANTEE POLICY ENSURES A HASSLE-FREE PURCHASE:
1. Need alterations? Simply visit your local tailor, snap a picture of the receipt, and send it to us. We'll provide a store credit or refund (up to $100 per suit).
2. Collaborate with our team. If alterations aren't feasible, SUITABLEE will remake your first order to meet your sizing specifications.

Please note that we do not offer refunds, as fabric for each of your garments is cut based on your measurements and customizations. However, our excellent customer service team always works very closely with customers to find a resolution. Based on our discretion, a credit may be issued
At SUITABLEE, we want to ensure that your custom garments fit you perfectly. Clothing purchased at a SUITABLEE showroom can be adjusted free of charge within 30 days of receiving your custom garment. Please note that alterations are subject to the condition that body measurements do not change due to excess weight fluctuation (within reasonability – at our discretion).
Remakes:
In rare cases where a garment is deemed unalterable to achieve the correct fit, SUITABLEE will remake the garment free of charge. To qualify for a remake, a SUITABLEE stylist will assess the garment during the fitting and notify you if a garment is unalterable. Please note that any request for a garment remake after a final fitting, where the garment is deemed of correct fit, will not be eligible.
Alterations and Remakes for Online Orders:
If you live far from a SUITABLEE showroom and ordered online, we understand the importance of a perfect fit. In such cases, we will reimburse you for alterations done by your local tailor. Simply provide us with a valid invoice for the alterations, and SUITABLEE will cover the cost of up to $100.
If you believe your garment is unalterable, please contact us at [email protected] or call us toll-free 1-855-979-7848 within 10 days of receiving your order. We will require you to send us some pictures so that your designated SUITABLEE stylist can help determine all fit problems. Once the stylist concludes all issues, you will need to send us the unworn and undamaged original item (tags still on).

Cancellations:
An order may be cancelled on the day of purchase before 09:00 PM EST. Requests for changes in fit, option, or fabric can be communicated quickly on the day of purchase before 09:00 PM EST by contacting us at [email protected]. Please note that no refund can be offered after the day of purchase, as orders are processed the same day payment is made, and fabrics are ordered and cut to your unique specifications.
