Whether you decide to measure yourself or use our Automatic Sizing Technology, you can rest assured that your first purchase has a 95% chance of fitting you perfectly.
OUR FIT PROMISE POLICY ALLOWS A RISK-FREE PURCHASE
1. If you require alterations, you can take your garment directly to your local tailor. Take a picture of the receipt and send it to us. We will give you a store credit or refund (of up to 75$ per suit).
2. Work directly with our team and determine what needs to be done. SUITABLEE will remake your first order to satisfy your sizing requirements.
Please note that we do not offer refunds, as fabric for each of your garments is cut based on your measurements and customizations. However, our excellent customer service team always works very closely with customers to find a resolution. Based on our discretion, a credit may be issued
Since all our garments are unique to your size and customized for you, we de not offer any refunds. However, if you are unhappy with your SUITABLEE product, we can determine an appropriate action by following the steps below. An appropriate action may be that SUITABLEE will have your garment altered or remade.
1. Please contact us at [email protected] within 10 days of receiving your garment. Please describe the issues with the product and attach photos supporting this. A member of our Customer Service team will contact you within 24 hours.
2. Once the dedicated SUITABLEE Customer Service representative determines an appropriate action, you may be required to ship the unworn and undamaged garment (tags still on). We will require the original invoice or order email in the package as well.

Once we receive the returned item, we will begin remaking or altering your garment. SUITABLEE has the right to deny any remakes that is believed to have been previously worn or damaged by the customer. If you should change your mind for any of your garment’s choices, we are not required to remake or alter your order as every garment at SUITABLEE is custom.
N.B. Once we've shipped your item/s or you've taken possession of your garments, we are no longer responsible for the items as they are your property. Any holes, rips, stains, etc. are not our responsibility. There are no credits or refunds for items that you have taken possession of.
