Our goal at SUITABLEE is to make sure our customers are fully satisfied. If you are unhappy with your SUITABLEE product, we can determine an appropriate action by following the steps below. An appropriate action may be that SUITABLEE will have your garment altered or remade or offer you a full refund.
- 1. Please contact us at email@example.com within 10 days of receiving your garment, and let us know that you would like to return your item. Please describe the issues with the product and attach photos supporting this. A member of our Customer Service team will contact you within 24 hours.
- 2. Once the dedicated SUITABLEE Customer Service representative determines an appropriate action, you will be required to ship the unworn and undamaged garment (tags still on). We will require the original invoice or order email in the package as well.

Once we receive the returned item, we will process any refund within 10 business days. SUITABLEE has the right to deny the reimbursement of an item that is believed to have been previously worn or damaged by the customer. If you should change your mind for any of your garment’s characteristics, we are not required to provide a refund as every garment at SUITABLEE is custom.
