Really incredible. I saw this place online and it's just as good as you think it is. Amazing service from all employees, and all were highly knowledgeable with a very detailed eye for proper fitting - very useful for someone like myself who doesn't know much about suits. I got a suit for my wedding this June and I'm over the moon happy with the product I got. I got a suit and shirt and both fit like a glove. No need for any adjustments at all. This may be because I got the body scan in store, but regardless, it is a very well made suit with high quality fabric. Highly, highly, HIGHLY recommended!!

Myself and four other members of my wedding party had our suits made with Suitablee at the Old Montreal location, and they did a fantastic job! Because of where everyone in my wedding party lived we only had time for one fitting in Montreal and they accommodated this aspect for us very well (some other places require you to visit in-person a couple of times before they release your suit). The fitting experience was fun and the two staff did a great job of guiding us through the process. They made suggestions rather than just asking us which of the many available options we wanted, which is helpful for those that haven't had many suits made and might not know what they want. One member of my party wanted a different, less-masculine style of suit as they are non-binary. The diversity of models in Suitablee's ads, with a pretty even split between male- and female-presenting, gave us confidence that they were the right choice. Suitablee's staff validated this choice by making them feel comfortable and by being able to suggest stylistic tweaks so they got a suit they were very happy with. The suits arrived after about a month and most of the pieces (we all got two-piece suits with a shirt) fit perfectly without any alterations. We were very happy with the quality of the suits and how all the little details turned out. Some pieces needed minor alterations that were covered. One jacket did not fit and would not be able to be tailored to fit. After doing their diligence, Suitablee put in a rush order for a new jacket just over 2 weeks before the wedding. It arrived in time and this one fit perfectly right out of the box. We had the initial fitting in early May for a wedding at the end of June and although it worked out I would suggest giving yourself more time between the fitting and wedding if possible (which is not a criticism on Suitablee but rather a recognition that creating a custom piece takes time and a prudent move just in case you need additional alterations like we did). Overall, Suitablee did a fantastic job and their customer service was very good. I would definitely recommend them!
