The Good: I’ve been following Suitablee for a few years now on social media and I finally decided to get my boyfriend a gift. The process from beginning to the end was super easy. From the choices of fabric to the styling advice. Most importantly, the time they took to explain to my boyfriend how a good fitting suit should fit on him was super helpful. This was once again experienced at the pickup of the suit. We had a very minor alteration to do…the pants had to be shortened by about a half inch which was literally done by their tailors on the spot. They’re ultra picky about things fitting perfectly while also not being obsessive where we’re altering beautiful pieces of garment and ruining them. The end result was a gorgeous suit for my boyfriend. I promised I’d write them an honest review after my splendid experience. My boyfriend and I are suit enthusiasts and have done a lot of research for different spots. We shopped everywhere and this was truly the place to go given all the feedback and research we did. From the quality of the suits to the fit to the price, everything is very satisfying. The Bad: I really would have like for their availabilities to be better. It was hard to find an opening in the evening or weekend…especially since we work daytime during the week. So we had to drive and find parking during busy times.

At first, I was drawn to them because of their advertisement on instagram that showcased beautiful suits at affordable prices (compared to other bespoke suiting companies). Then, I saw what they advocated for and I was instantly hooked. They showed that it doesn’t matter what gender you are—a suit is a suit and it fits wonderfully as long as you get it tailored to fit your needs. That there doesn’t need to be a difference between a woman or a male tailor — a tailor is a tailor. As a mostly masculine presenting queer woman, I was trying to find a company that could suit my needs for my wedding and I am glad I picked them. They answered every question I had, was the most professional, and prompt in every interaction. The quality of the suit is amazing and both women and men alike were in love with my fit :) I also answered every question they had and they were able to get a suit that fit me but had enough room to be tailored down. To be fair, I did get a bigger suit size last year from someone else’s wedding, so that also helped too. As a fair warning, you need to spend money at times to get a custom fit. I had to spend more money as a woman to get the suit more fitted to my body type. But it was worth every penny. Thank you suitablee for making my dapper dreams come true :) saving up money again to get another one in the future.

Had an incredible experience at Suitablee in the Old Port! Eve and Evelyn were absolutely amazing, super friendly, professional, and really took the time to make sure everything was just right. The quality of the suit is top-tier, the fit, fabric, and attention to detail are on another level. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a truly custom experience with exceptional service. Will definitely be coming back!

I'm from Vietnam and recently visited Montreal. While shopping, some friendly locals suggested I check out SUITABLEE. I'm so glad I did! I just received my suit, and it's absolutely perfect. The entire experience was wonderful from beginning to end. The staff was incredibly warm and professional, taking the time to ensure they understood my vision. The quality of the suit is outstanding, and it fits me like a glove. I couldn't be more pleased with the result! Thank you, SUITABLEE, for making my special day even more memorable. I don’t usually take time to leave reviews - however I had to make an exception. My experience at suitablee was top notch. Myself, my two best friends, my brother and my mother accompanied me to the appointment (custom white suit for my wedding in September) Éve was awesome. Very friendly, super knowledgeable, offered great advice and was very professional. As a woman, I loved the fact that I got measured by another woman. This made the experience 10/10. This is my second suit that I’ve had custom made - (first time was indochino) and I would 100% go back to suitablee before anywhere else! Can’t recommend this place enough. She was awesome! - not to mention the space was super clean and modern. Thanks Éve! Can’t wait to come back and get the final product. :)

Really nice and premium experience. All the staff we dealt were professional and gave us sound advice (Felix, Evelyn and Chelsea). They showed us many different options and were patient. Would highly recommend them. We are excited to see our suits!

Really incredible. I saw this place online and it's just as good as you think it is. Amazing service from all employees, and all were highly knowledgeable with a very detailed eye for proper fitting - very useful for someone like myself who doesn't know much about suits. I got a suit for my wedding this June and I'm over the moon happy with the product I got. I got a suit and shirt and both fit like a glove. No need for any adjustments at all. This may be because I got the body scan in store, but regardless, it is a very well made suit with high quality fabric. Highly, highly, HIGHLY recommended!!

Myself and four other members of my wedding party had our suits made with Suitablee at the Old Montreal location, and they did a fantastic job! Because of where everyone in my wedding party lived we only had time for one fitting in Montreal and they accommodated this aspect for us very well (some other places require you to visit in-person a couple of times before they release your suit). The fitting experience was fun and the two staff did a great job of guiding us through the process. They made suggestions rather than just asking us which of the many available options we wanted, which is helpful for those that haven't had many suits made and might not know what they want. One member of my party wanted a different, less-masculine style of suit as they are non-binary. The diversity of models in Suitablee's ads, with a pretty even split between male- and female-presenting, gave us confidence that they were the right choice. Suitablee's staff validated this choice by making them feel comfortable and by being able to suggest stylistic tweaks so they got a suit they were very happy with. The suits arrived after about a month and most of the pieces (we all got two-piece suits with a shirt) fit perfectly without any alterations. We were very happy with the quality of the suits and how all the little details turned out. Some pieces needed minor alterations that were covered. One jacket did not fit and would not be able to be tailored to fit. After doing their diligence, Suitablee put in a rush order for a new jacket just over 2 weeks before the wedding. It arrived in time and this one fit perfectly right out of the box. We had the initial fitting in early May for a wedding at the end of June and although it worked out I would suggest giving yourself more time between the fitting and wedding if possible (which is not a criticism on Suitablee but rather a recognition that creating a custom piece takes time and a prudent move just in case you need additional alterations like we did). Overall, Suitablee did a fantastic job and their customer service was very good. I would definitely recommend them!
