Fantastic service and expertise from Evelyn. The suit was perfect when I picked it up. The majority of suit stores specialise in male bodies only, but not only did this one make a very beautiful androgynous suit, there were no weird comments or awkwardness that I expect most other places would have. Great first suit experience.

As I approach graduation in May, I wanted to invest in myself and treat myself to something special. I’m from North Carolina and discovered Suitablee through Instagram. From the moment I reached out, I was impressed by how easy and seamless the communication was. The team was incredibly kind and accommodating every step of the way. I had the pleasure of working with Eve, who guided me through the entire process. She showed me a variety of fabrics for the jacket, vest, and pants, and we even chose a unique print for the inside of the jacket. The whole experience felt so personal and tailored to me. Plus, the use of an infrared body scanner to create digital images for the perfect fit was a cool touch. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience, and I’m thrilled with my custom pieces!

At first, I was drawn to them because of their advertisement on instagram that showcased beautiful suits at affordable prices (compared to other bespoke suiting companies). Then, I saw what they advocated for and I was instantly hooked. They showed that it doesn’t matter what gender you are—a suit is a suit and it fits wonderfully as long as you get it tailored to fit your needs. That there doesn’t need to be a difference between a woman or a male tailor — a tailor is a tailor. As a mostly masculine presenting queer woman, I was trying to find a company that could suit my needs for my wedding and I am glad I picked them. They answered every question I had, was the most professional, and prompt in every interaction. The quality of the suit is amazing and both women and men alike were in love with my fit :) I also answered every question they had and they were able to get a suit that fit me but had enough room to be tailored down. To be fair, I did get a bigger suit size last year from someone else’s wedding, so that also helped too. As a fair warning, you need to spend money at times to get a custom fit. I had to spend more money as a woman to get the suit more fitted to my body type. But it was worth every penny. Thank you suitablee for making my dapper dreams come true :) saving up money again to get another one in the future.

Since this was my first time getting a tailored suit, I was quite nervous. Evelyn took me through the whole process from choosing materials to the last adjustments and made the whole experience really pleasant, and when I picked up the suit I was extremely happy with the results! 10/10!!

We had the pleasure of having my husband’s wedding suit tailored at Suitablee for our wedding on October 2022 and we cannot say enough good things about our experience. From the moment he walked in, he was greeted by a team of incredibly nice staff who were friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. The service was quick and thorough, with the staff taking the time to understand his specific needs and preferences. They were incredibly attentive to detail, ensuring every aspect of the suit fit perfectly. The final result was great– the suit was amazingly tailored and he felt incredibly confident and comfortable wearing it our special day. What impressed me most was the level of care and attention the staff provided. They truly took the time to make sure everything was just right, and he never felt rushed or pressured at any point during the process. To top it all off, the price was affordable considering the high-quality work and exceptional service he received. I would highly recommend Suitablee to anyone looking for expert tailoring services. Myself and four other members of my wedding party had our suits made with Suitablee at the Old Montreal location, and they did a fantastic job! Because of where everyone in my wedding party lived we only had time for one fitting in Montreal and they accommodated this aspect for us very well (some other places require you to visit in-person a couple of times before they release your suit). The fitting experience was fun and the two staff did a great job of guiding us through the process. They made suggestions rather than just asking us which of the many available options we wanted, which is helpful for those that haven't had many suits made and might not know what they want. One member of my party wanted a different, less-masculine style of suit as they are non-binary. The diversity of models in Suitablee's ads, with a pretty even split between male- and female-presenting, gave us confidence that they were the right choice. Suitablee's staff validated this choice by making them feel comfortable and by being able to suggest stylistic tweaks so they got a suit they were very happy with. The suits arrived after about a month and most of the pieces (we all got two-piece suits with a shirt) fit perfectly without any alterations. We were very happy with the quality of the suits and how all the little details turned out. Some pieces needed minor alterations that were covered. One jacket did not fit and would not be able to be tailored to fit. After doing their diligence, Suitablee put in a rush order for a new jacket just over 2 weeks before the wedding. It arrived in time and this one fit perfectly right out of the box. We had the initial fitting in early May for a wedding at the end of June and although it worked out I would suggest giving yourself more time between the fitting and wedding if possible (which is not a criticism on Suitablee but rather a recognition that creating a custom piece takes time and a prudent move just in case you need additional alterations like we did). Overall, Suitablee did a fantastic job and their customer service was very good. I would definitely recommend them!
