I paid for the rush service hoping it would only be too late for the first wedding and I’d be able to receive my order in time for the second, but my suit was ready only two and a half weeks later! Evelyn and Eve were incredibly supportive and helpful through the entire process. The amount of options may seem daunting at first, but their expertise helped everything go smoothly. I only had a vague idea of what I wanted, and they helped me pinpoint a vision and bring it to life with suggestions that were always thoughtful rather than pushy. I picked up my order today and tried everything on and I could not be more satisfied with my order. Writing a review 6 months after I bought a custom tailored suit from Suitablee. The suit has held up very nicely and it still looks great! Still get compliments when I wear the suit! I got great service during the measuring process. The Suitablee team were absolutely professional and helpful with all my questions. Once the suit arrived , the Suitablee team was there for the fitting process and available for all my questions and inquires. The suit fitted me very well - no adjustment needed. The quality is excellent and like I said, it’s held up very well even though I wear it often for work. They made sure i was 100% satisfied with the suit. Can't say enough about their service and professionalism... it's apparent that service is a priority for them. Very satisfied customer... custom suit at that price is absolutely great value. Still one of best shopping experiences I've had! EDIT: May 2022 Updating my review here again in 2022 after the pandemic. Went back for a fitting and as usual, perfect fit and quality suit. They run a very tight operation now…ultra-efficient due to the increase in online sales. They opened a new section that is filled with a few hundred suits that they explained need to be shipped out across Canada and the USA. Nice to see a local company really stand out given I’ve been a customer from the very beginning. Nice to see that they still treat the customer well even after all their growth. EDIT: June 2023 Used the suit last weekend for a wedding. The team at Suitablee at the time helped me choose a classic colour and cut. I'm blown away by how well it has held up. Thanks again guys!
