QUALITY : 10/10 - the 3-piece suite and the shirt are top-notched quality. Really nice material, vibrant color and well sowed. The only little detail would be the suit bag which is standard quality. CUSTOMER SERVICE: 10/10 Rebekah was great but the whole experience is unique. They really make you feel like royals. On top of that, the process from start to finish is extremely fast. Not only I had my suit in less than 3 weeks, but they are very efficient for both the measurement appointment and the pick-up appointment. Everything was ready for me in the changing room for the later. The suit, paint, shirt, everything fit perfectly. No need to adjust anything. My wife was so impressed. OVERALL CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE: 20/10 The owners really know what « great customer experience » means, and you wish there were more businesses like that around. You are kept informed at every step, with visuals to show you where they are in the process and an ETA being provided. Their software is really impressive and totally user-friendly when you make your selection. Extra clear communication to come pick up your suit and the best is that I can order another shirt directly online now that they have my measurements on file. Not a bargain but def worth the price for the quality and experience. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Incredibly customer service is something I rarely experience these days, but incredible is what you get with Suitablee in Brossard. I had 2 suits made and went back for some alterations. But they felt the suits didn't fit me right in a few spots, so they redid the 2 jackets!! Entirely. Because their attention to detail surpasses mine and in their words "they wanted them to be perfect for me". Just picked up the best dress shirts ever too. Never going anywhere else ... amazing! Thanks to the entire team!

I took a long time looking for a very specific dark red color for my wedding tux jacket. Suitablee was the only place that had what I was looking for, and the design and customization was perfect. I'm a bigger guy and sometimes suits don't look great on me, but they did a fantastic job, the jacket looked incredible, the color was perfect, and every detail was carefully thought out. I got so many compliments on the jacket and I would 100% go back again! They're not cheap, but they're worth the price
