FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What should I expect in my showroom appointment?

A fun and unique experience! You'll have a dedicated SUITABLEE Suit Specialist who will show you thousands of fabrics and choices of styles. You'll then be measured and scanned with our Infrared Technology! We take full payment in order to process your order.

How long will my appointment take?

The average appointment (fitting) takes 45 minutes. We usually recommend our customers to have a series of pictures of suits that they really like so that we can guide you through the thousands of choices much more smoothly. We do advise that you are no later than 15 minutes to your appointment. We cannot guarantee a full session should you be late.

Can I just show up?

Unfortunately, we are an appointment-only company. We definitely don't want you to have to wait to get a dedicated specialist.

What if we're several people?

Please book a group fitting appointment and we'll make sure that we have the right staff and time to take care of you!

What should I wear?

Please wear some tighter fitting clothing in order to allow us to take accurate measurements.

Can I cancel my appointment?

We have a policy that does not allow you to modify an appointment in the final 12 hours before the appointment.

If that's not the case, please do reschedule or cancel your appointment using the e-mail you will receive when you book an appointment.

What is the difference between a consultation and a fitting?

A fitting (in showroom or virtual) gives us about an hour to choose fabrics, styles, measure and fit/purchase your next suit!

A consultation lasts about 20 minutes. A dedicated personal stylist will show you different fabrics, discuss style preferences and answer any questions. For a virtual consultation, we will text a Zoom link to your phone the day of the appointment.

How long does it take to tailor my suit?

We need about 4 weeks to process your order. If you need a suit to wear within 3 weeks (alterations included/if required), we charge an extra $250 rush/express fee.

In the rare case that there are uncontrollable events that occur such as natural disasters, health crises, or geopolitical events, it may take longer than 4 weeks (we estimate about 2 extra weeks). Our team will always be in touch should any of these issues affect your order.

How much do your suits cost?

Unlike many of our competitors, our price range for 90% of our suits remains tight - between $1000-$1500 for a two piece suit. We firmly believe there are no better value/price suits that come close to our offering in North America. Our use of technology and lean operations allow for an unbeatable price for great quality.

Custom dress shirts start at $200.
