I cannot stress how amazing the service was. As a woman with broad shoulders, I have always had a hard time finding the right type of clothing, and even harder time finding professional clothing such as suits. I was initially extremely hesitant and anxious through the whole process, but the staff at Suitablee were very kind to me and their expertise helped me navigate all my uncertainties. When I came back to pick up my suit and try it on the first time, I must say it felt like love at first sight. The fit was perfect and every single details beautiful! The fabric also felt smooth and lightweight. As a first time buyer of clothing made to measure, this was an excellent experience with results that went beyond expectations.

I’m a wedding photographer with over 24 years of experience and I have definitely seen my fair share of suits. From rentals, to off the rack and even custom suits as well. I’ve even purchased my own suits and have had some altered. Over the last few years, I’ve been seeing more and more of my grooms with a Suitablee suit. Each time, I was impressed with the quality and the fit. After hearing all the amazing reviews directly from my clients, I decided to go and get one done for myself. I went to their location in the Old Port of Montreal. My very first impression was how personal and professional their service was. They make sure to let you know that you are their priority for that appointment. They take excellent care of you and cover all the details to ensure that you end up with the right suit. They offer ample ways to customize your suit (and even shirt if you purchase that as well, which I did) to truly make it your own. I really enjoyed their vast selection of fabrics to choose from as well. When I purchase something, I like to go for the best options, so it’s what I did with my suit. I was extremely happy with the end result. The fit was just perfect and the comfort was well worth the investment. They are incredibly meticulous with every step of the way. The timeline for the suit was exactly as promised which was appreciated. Their follow up service and online site are appreciated for someone like me that likes to have updates at every step. I would definitely highly recommend them for your next suit. Spending money on renting a suit will only get you something that could fit you “well” but getting your own suit made just for you… now that’s something else. So definitely go and invest and get that outstanding suit that will make you look and feel like you are well worth it!

At first, I was drawn to them because of their advertisement on instagram that showcased beautiful suits at affordable prices (compared to other bespoke suiting companies). Then, I saw what they advocated for and I was instantly hooked. They showed that it doesn’t matter what gender you are—a suit is a suit and it fits wonderfully as long as you get it tailored to fit your needs. That there doesn’t need to be a difference between a woman or a male tailor — a tailor is a tailor. As a mostly masculine presenting queer woman, I was trying to find a company that could suit my needs for my wedding and I am glad I picked them. They answered every question I had, was the most professional, and prompt in every interaction. The quality of the suit is amazing and both women and men alike were in love with my fit :) I also answered every question they had and they were able to get a suit that fit me but had enough room to be tailored down. To be fair, I did get a bigger suit size last year from someone else’s wedding, so that also helped too. As a fair warning, you need to spend money at times to get a custom fit. I had to spend more money as a woman to get the suit more fitted to my body type. But it was worth every penny. Thank you suitablee for making my dapper dreams come true :) saving up money again to get another one in the future.

We had the pleasure of having my husband’s wedding suit tailored at Suitablee for our wedding on October 2022 and we cannot say enough good things about our experience. From the moment he walked in, he was greeted by a team of incredibly nice staff who were friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. The service was quick and thorough, with the staff taking the time to understand his specific needs and preferences. They were incredibly attentive to detail, ensuring every aspect of the suit fit perfectly. The final result was great– the suit was amazingly tailored and he felt incredibly confident and comfortable wearing it our special day. What impressed me most was the level of care and attention the staff provided. They truly took the time to make sure everything was just right, and he never felt rushed or pressured at any point during the process. To top it all off, the price was affordable considering the high-quality work and exceptional service he received. I would highly recommend Suitablee to anyone looking for expert tailoring services. I know the review is a little late but this company deserves the credit!

I don’t usually take time to leave reviews - however I had to make an exception. My experience at suitablee was top notch. Myself, my two best friends, my brother and my mother accompanied me to the appointment (custom white suit for my wedding in September) Éve was awesome. Very friendly, super knowledgeable, offered great advice and was very professional. As a woman, I loved the fact that I got measured by another woman. This made the experience 10/10. This is my second suit that I’ve had custom made - (first time was indochino) and I would 100% go back to suitablee before anywhere else! Can’t recommend this place enough. She was awesome! - not to mention the space was super clean and modern. Thanks Éve! Can’t wait to come back and get the final product. :)

The Good: I’ve been following Suitablee for a few years now on social media and I finally decided to get my boyfriend a gift. The process from beginning to the end was super easy. From the choices of fabric to the styling advice. Most importantly, the time they took to explain to my boyfriend how a good fitting suit should fit on him was super helpful. This was once again experienced at the pickup of the suit. We had a very minor alteration to do…the pants had to be shortened by about a half inch which was literally done by their tailors on the spot. They’re ultra picky about things fitting perfectly while also not being obsessive where we’re altering beautiful pieces of garment and ruining them. The end result was a gorgeous suit for my boyfriend. I promised I’d write them an honest review after my splendid experience. My boyfriend and I are suit enthusiasts and have done a lot of research for different spots. We shopped everywhere and this was truly the place to go given all the feedback and research we did. From the quality of the suits to the fit to the price, everything is very satisfying. The Bad: I really would have like for their availabilities to be better. It was hard to find an opening in the evening or weekend…especially since we work daytime during the week. So we had to drive and find parking during busy times.

I went to their Notre Dame flagship, and one of their expert stylists - the amazing Evelyne - helped me conceive a three-piece suit that I can wear at work, at events, or simply for the pleasure to enjoy fine garments.
