As I approach graduation in May, I wanted to invest in myself and treat myself to something special. I’m from North Carolina and discovered Suitablee through Instagram. From the moment I reached out, I was impressed by how easy and seamless the communication was. The team was incredibly kind and accommodating every step of the way. I had the pleasure of working with Eve, who guided me through the entire process. She showed me a variety of fabrics for the jacket, vest, and pants, and we even chose a unique print for the inside of the jacket. One of the highlights was designing a custom shirt with my initials stitched on the sleeve. The whole experience felt so personal and tailored to me. Plus, the use of an infrared body scanner to create digital images for the perfect fit was a cool touch. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience, and I’m thrilled with my custom pieces!

The process was smooth, I didn’t have extensive knowledge about suits, but their team guided me through every step to ensure my suit was exactly as I envisioned. So many choices of fabrics!! I'm from Vietnam and recently visited Montreal. While shopping, some friendly locals suggested I check out SUITABLEE. I'm so glad I did! I just received my suit, and it's absolutely perfect. I had a great experience at the Ottawa location. Very attentive with measurements and picking fabrics, colors, style, etc. Great quality work and the suit fits great. I will definitely be going back again for future suits.

Took 6 suits in today that were made to measure for me by Suitablee in the last 24 months. Lost considerable weight and needed adjustments. Like at the initial fitting, they took very good care of me. Took new measures and will alter the suits accordingly. I have 6 more suits to do which I will bring back once I have these done. Love this shop and the people who take care of customers.

Writing a review 6 months after I bought a custom tailored suit from Suitablee. The suit has held up very nicely and it still looks great! Still get compliments when I wear the suit! I got great service during the measuring process. The Suitablee team were absolutely professional and helpful with all my questions. Once the suit arrived , the Suitablee team was there for the fitting process and available for all my questions and inquires. The suit fitted me very well - no adjustment needed. The quality is excellent and like I said, it’s held up very well even though I wear it often for work. They made sure i was 100% satisfied with the suit. Can't say enough about their service and professionalism... it's apparent that service is a priority for them. Very satisfied customer... custom suit at that price is absolutely great value. Even after 3 years , the suit is still in great shape and still looks amazing. It's still my go-to suit for formal occasions. I still get compliments on it. Thanks again Suitablee! Still one of best shopping experiences I've had! EDIT: May 2022 Updating my review here again in 2022 after the pandemic. Went back for a fitting and as usual, perfect fit and quality suit. They run a very tight operation now…ultra-efficient due to the increase in online sales. They opened a new section that is filled with a few hundred suits that they explained need to be shipped out across Canada and the USA. Nice to see a local company really stand out given I’ve been a customer from the very beginning. Nice to see that they still treat the customer well even after all their growth. EDIT: June 2023 Used the suit last weekend for a wedding. The team at Suitablee at the time helped me choose a classic colour and cut. I'm blown away by how well it has held up. Thanks again guys! EDIT April 2025: Celebrating almost a decade with my suitablee suit. It’s been with me through multiple weddings and work events. I still feel great when I put it on and I’m grateful for the high quality that’s served me well for years!

Amazing experience! I was looking for a custom suit with the right fit, and I am super happy with my purchase. I had a consultation call via zoom with Jeremy, and then I had an appointment with Emiliana for the fitting. One of the best, if not the best service I got from a suit store, highly recommended. I will definitely buy other suits in the future.
