Buying a suit online has been such a phenomenal experience. I felt welcomed and comfortable throughout the whole buying process. I never thought buying a tailored suit online would be so pleasant. I was measured by my girlfriend and was assisted by Ana from Suitablee. She called us and confirmed some measurements with us over the phone! The suit itself is amazing. My shoulders are pretty wide and I always had issues with suits being too large around the stomach area. It fits perfectly. I strongly recommend Suitablee to anyone who is looking for a custom made suit at a good price. I'll definitely be ordering more online soon.

As I approach graduation in May, I wanted to invest in myself and treat myself to something special. I’m from North Carolina and discovered Suitablee through Instagram. From the moment I reached out, I was impressed by how easy and seamless the communication was. The team was incredibly kind and accommodating every step of the way. I had the pleasure of working with Eve, who guided me through the entire process. She showed me a variety of fabrics for the jacket, vest, and pants, and we even chose a unique print for the inside of the jacket. The whole experience felt so personal and tailored to me. Plus, the use of an infrared body scanner to create digital images for the perfect fit was a cool touch. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience, and I’m thrilled with my custom pieces!

Amazing experience! I was looking for a custom suit with the right fit, and I am super happy with my purchase. I had a consultation call via zoom with Jeremy, and then I had an appointment with Emiliana for the fitting. One of the best, if not the best service I got from a suit store, highly recommended. Writing a review 6 months after I bought a custom tailored suit from Suitablee. The suit has held up very nicely and it still looks great! Still get compliments when I wear the suit! I got great service during the measuring process. The Suitablee team were absolutely professional and helpful with all my questions. Once the suit arrived , the Suitablee team was there for the fitting process and available for all my questions and inquires. The suit fitted me very well - no adjustment needed. The quality is excellent and like I said, it’s held up very well even though I wear it often for work. They made sure i was 100% satisfied with the suit. Can't say enough about their service and professionalism... it's apparent that service is a priority for them. Very satisfied customer... custom suit at that price is absolutely great value. Still one of best shopping experiences I've had! EDIT: May 2022 Updating my review here again in 2022 after the pandemic. Went back for a fitting and as usual, perfect fit and quality suit. They run a very tight operation now…ultra-efficient due to the increase in online sales. They opened a new section that is filled with a few hundred suits that they explained need to be shipped out across Canada and the USA. Nice to see a local company really stand out given I’ve been a customer from the very beginning. Nice to see that they still treat the customer well even after all their growth. EDIT: June 2023 Used the suit last weekend for a wedding. The team at Suitablee at the time helped me choose a classic colour and cut. I'm blown away by how well it has held up. Thanks again guys! EDIT April 2025: Celebrating almost a decade with my suitablee suit. It’s been with me through multiple weddings and work events. I still feel great when I put it on and I’m grateful for the high quality that’s served me well for years!

After shopping around for some time, I finally made the decision of ditching the off-the-rack suit and getting myself a custom made suit. I came in with an idea of what I wanted & the team made my vision come true. I'm just impressed with how much quality and knowledge the team has. Not only was the whole experience better than I had imagined, but my custom made suit just makes me look that much more professional. I had yet to experience a suit where you have proper mobility. With this one, it feels like I could play a tennis match while wearing it. Can't wait to get my second suit ????

The best experience I’ve ever had shopping for a suit. I had so much fun choosing everything, from fabrics, lining and buttons to even the stitching. The staff were beyond professional. They had fantastic suggestions as to how things should pair and had amazing styling advice. Ultimately they supported all my choices and I felt like they were having just as much fun crafting the suit I’ll be married in. I don’t wear suits on a daily basis but this experience made me want to go back to get several more. 10/10 recommend.

At first, I was drawn to them because of their advertisement on instagram that showcased beautiful suits at affordable prices (compared to other bespoke suiting companies). Then, I saw what they advocated for and I was instantly hooked. They showed that it doesn’t matter what gender you are—a suit is a suit and it fits wonderfully as long as you get it tailored to fit your needs. That there doesn’t need to be a difference between a woman or a male tailor — a tailor is a tailor. As a mostly masculine presenting queer woman, I was trying to find a company that could suit my needs for my wedding and I am glad I picked them. They answered every question I had, was the most professional, and prompt in every interaction. The quality of the suit is amazing and both women and men alike were in love with my fit :) I also answered every question they had and they were able to get a suit that fit me but had enough room to be tailored down. To be fair, I did get a bigger suit size last year from someone else’s wedding, so that also helped too. As a fair warning, you need to spend money at times to get a custom fit. I had to spend more money as a woman to get the suit more fitted to my body type. But it was worth every penny. Thank you suitablee for making my dapper dreams come true :) saving up money again to get another one in the future.

I have bought a few suits there over the years so I like their product and those guys do a lot of things right. That said, I find that the level of service has somewhat declined over time and for that type of product you expect top level service from my perspective. I recommended the company to a colleague who I believe was happy overall with the suit that he got but his comments were aligned with this. Overall, I would still strongly recommend.
