I have bought a few suits there over the years so I like their product and those guys do a lot of things right. That said, I find that the level of service has somewhat declined over time and for that type of product you expect top level service from my perspective. I recommended the company to a colleague who I believe was happy overall with the suit that he got but his comments were aligned with this. Overall, I would still strongly recommend.

Amazing experience! I was looking for a custom suit with the right fit, and I am super happy with my purchase. I had a consultation call via zoom with Jeremy, and then I had an appointment with Emiliana for the fitting. One of the best, if not the best service I got from a suit store, highly recommended. I will definitely buy other suits in the future. I’m a wedding photographer with over 24 years of experience and I have definitely seen my fair share of suits. From rentals, to off the rack and even custom suits as well. I’ve even purchased my own suits and have had some altered. Over the last few years, I’ve been seeing more and more of my grooms with a Suitablee suit. Each time, I was impressed with the quality and the fit. After hearing all the amazing reviews directly from my clients, I decided to go and get one done for myself. I went to their location in the Old Port of Montreal. My very first impression was how personal and professional their service was. They make sure to let you know that you are their priority for that appointment. They take excellent care of you and cover all the details to ensure that you end up with the right suit. They offer ample ways to customize your suit (and even shirt if you purchase that as well, which I did) to truly make it your own. I really enjoyed their vast selection of fabrics to choose from as well. When I purchase something, I like to go for the best options, so it’s what I did with my suit. I was extremely happy with the end result. The fit was just perfect and the comfort was well worth the investment. They are incredibly meticulous with every step of the way. The timeline for the suit was exactly as promised which was appreciated. Their follow up service and online site are appreciated for someone like me that likes to have updates at every step. I would definitely highly recommend them for your next suit. Spending money on renting a suit will only get you something that could fit you “well” but getting your own suit made just for you… now that’s something else. So definitely go and invest and get that outstanding suit that will make you look and feel like you are well worth it!

Really incredible. I saw this place online and it's just as good as you think it is. Amazing service from all employees, and all were highly knowledgeable with a very detailed eye for proper fitting - very useful for someone like myself who doesn't know much about suits. I got a suit for my wedding this June and I'm over the moon happy with the product I got. I got a suit and shirt and both fit like a glove. No need for any adjustments at all. This may be because I got the body scan in store, but regardless, it is a very well made suit with high quality fabric. Highly, highly, HIGHLY recommended!!

The possibilities for personalizing your suit are incredible, and the customer service that guides you through the whole process is extremely helpful and welcoming. I will definitely come back in the future.

At first, I was drawn to them because of their advertisement on instagram that showcased beautiful suits at affordable prices (compared to other bespoke suiting companies). Then, I saw what they advocated for and I was instantly hooked. They showed that it doesn’t matter what gender you are—a suit is a suit and it fits wonderfully as long as you get it tailored to fit your needs. That there doesn’t need to be a difference between a woman or a male tailor — a tailor is a tailor. As a mostly masculine presenting queer woman, I was trying to find a company that could suit my needs for my wedding and I am glad I picked them. They answered every question I had, was the most professional, and prompt in every interaction. The quality of the suit is amazing and both women and men alike were in love with my fit :) I also answered every question they had and they were able to get a suit that fit me but had enough room to be tailored down. To be fair, I did get a bigger suit size last year from someone else’s wedding, so that also helped too. As a fair warning, you need to spend money at times to get a custom fit. I had to spend more money as a woman to get the suit more fitted to my body type. But it was worth every penny. Thank you suitablee for making my dapper dreams come true :) saving up money again to get another one in the future.

As I approach graduation in May, I wanted to invest in myself and treat myself to something special. I’m from North Carolina and discovered Suitablee through Instagram. From the moment I reached out, I was impressed by how easy and seamless the communication was. The team was incredibly kind and accommodating every step of the way. I had the pleasure of working with Eve, who guided me through the entire process. She showed me a variety of fabrics for the jacket, vest, and pants, and we even chose a unique print for the inside of the jacket. One of the highlights was designing a custom shirt with my initials stitched on the sleeve. The whole experience felt so personal and tailored to me. Plus, the use of an infrared body scanner to create digital images for the perfect fit was a cool touch. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience, and I’m thrilled with my custom pieces!
