I ordered a tuxedo. The process was seamless and the result was amazing, very professionally handled by the staff. The measurements taken process was thorough and the staff was very knowledgeable when it was time to choose the options, I was never felt rushed and because I was away when the suit was ready, they held it for me until I was back home and was able to make an appointment to try it and pick up. Very recommended.

Writing a review 6 months after I bought a custom tailored suit from Suitablee. The suit has held up very nicely and it still looks great! Still get compliments when I wear the suit! I got great service during the measuring process. The Suitablee team were absolutely professional and helpful with all my questions. Once the suit arrived , the Suitablee team was there for the fitting process and available for all my questions and inquires. The suit fitted me very well - no adjustment needed. The quality is excellent and like I said, it’s held up very well even though I wear it often for work. They made sure i was 100% satisfied with the suit. Can't say enough about their service and professionalism... it's apparent that service is a priority for them. Very satisfied customer... custom suit at that price is absolutely great value. Still one of best shopping experiences I've had! EDIT: May 2022 Updating my review here again in 2022 after the pandemic. Went back for a fitting and as usual, perfect fit and quality suit. They run a very tight operation now…ultra-efficient due to the increase in online sales. They opened a new section that is filled with a few hundred suits that they explained need to be shipped out across Canada and the USA. Nice to see a local company really stand out given I’ve been a customer from the very beginning. Nice to see that they still treat the customer well even after all their growth. EDIT: June 2023 Used the suit last weekend for a wedding. The team at Suitablee at the time helped me choose a classic colour and cut. I'm blown away by how well it has held up. Thanks again guys! EDIT April 2025: Celebrating almost a decade with my suitablee suit. It’s been with me through multiple weddings and work events. Putting on a suit that "fit" the first time was a real treat. As a 5'10" woman, it has been hard to find the perfect suit, long enough in the arms and legs. Love my custom, navy, double-breasted suit. The staff were incredibly nice and offered lots of support during the selection process.
